In research, the focus is on utilizing geoecological data in Precision Agriculture; the work primarily involves measurements and analyses of microclimatic conditions, insect pest distribution, and soil properties in vineyards. The research on microclimatic conditions has also been extended in recent years to applications within the research of Urban Heat Islands. The pedagogical activity is focused on teaching subjects such as Geoecology; Hydrology and Hydrogeography; Climate Changes, Hazards and Risks; Methods of Hydrological and Climatological Research; Landscape Planning, and Applied Geography.
